How do I access a paid report later?
Sign in to your account or use the online report access shown after payment to reopen the report.
My report is still pending. Is that normal?
Payment confirmation and report preparation can take a short time. If the pending page does not change after a reasonable wait, contact support with your order reference so we can check the order state.
Can I change birth information after payment?
If the original birth details were entered incorrectly, contact support. A corrected report may require a new chart calculation because the Four Pillars are computed before AI interpretation.

Is this a subscription?
No. Paid reports are one-time purchases unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
How do refunds work?
Refund requests are reviewed according to the payment state, whether the paid report was delivered, and the published terms. Send the request from the email used at checkout.
Checkout failed or I was charged twice. What should I include?
Include the checkout email, approximate payment time, charge amount, and any receipt or payment reference. Do not send full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.

How do I request data deletion?
Email a deletion request from the address connected to your report and include the relevant order reference or report token. We use that information to verify the request.
Are private reports indexed by search engines?
Personal result and paid report pages are set to noindex by default and are opened through private links.
